摘 要:为给悬挂式单轨线路的科学设计以及相关标准的制定提供参考,开展符合悬挂式单轨结构特点的平面曲线参数研究。首先,采用多系统对比试验研究方法,以探明动车组列车、地铁、跨座式单轨车辆振动加速度对旅客舒适度的影响规律;结合悬挂式单轨试验线的相关试验数据,分析悬挂式单轨车辆振动特性对运行平稳性及旅客舒适度的影响;最后根据现场测试及文献研究结果给出影响悬挂式单轨平面线路曲线参数设计的几个关键参数的取值建议。研究得到以下结论:(1)测试车辆曲线路段运行时未被平衡横向加速度与横向振动加速度均方根值均呈线性关系,系数在1.1~1.3;(2)悬挂式单轨车辆的平稳性及旅客舒适性均较地铁、跨座式单轨差;(3)悬挂式单轨的旅客舒适度标准可以参考跨座式单轨的旅客舒适度等级,选择“3级,较为舒适”作为线路平面曲线参数的控制依据;(4)基于旅客舒适度控制,建议未被平衡横向加速度一般条件按0.42 m/s2,困难条件下按0.67 m/s2选取,车体横向倾斜角时变率允许值按0.07 rad/s选取。The research on the line plane curve parameters in accordance with the characteristics of suspended monorail can be used for the scientific design of suspended monorail lines and provide reference for the formulation of relevant standards.The multi-system comparative test research is adopted to prove the influence of vibration acceleration between EMU(Electrical Multiple Unit)train,subways and straddle-type monorail vehicles on passenger comfort.Then,combined with the relevant data of the suspended monorail test line,the influence of vehicle vibration characteristics on running stability and passenger comfort is analyzed.Finally,according to field test and literature research results,several key parameters affecting the design of the suspended monorail plane line are proposed.The following conclusions are obtained:(1)The root mean square value of the unbalanced lateral acceleration and the lateral acceleration obtained by the test train running on curved section tends to be linear relation with coefficient of 1.1~1.3;(2)The stability and riding comfort of the suspension monorail vehicle are poorer than those of subway and the straddle monorail vehicles;(3)The passenger comfort standard of the suspended monorail can be referred to the passenger comfort level of the straddle monorail,and“level 3,fairly comfortable”is selected as the control basis of the line curve parameters;(4)Based on passenger comfort,it is recommended that the allowable unbalanced lateral acceleration is 0.42 m/s2 under general comfort conditions and 0.67 m/s2 under difficult conditions,the allowable lateral deflection angle time variability of the vehicle body is 0.07 rad/s.
