摘　　要：高等院校是培养大学生成才成长的领域,是我国社会建设中思想政治高地不可或缺的一部分,有着"健康所系、性命相托"特殊属性的医学类大学生的思想教育与其他专业思想教育有着些许不同。因此,在医学类大学生人才培养上不仅要注重培养过硬的专业本领,还要对学生的思想道德素质有着更高的要求。为了培养优秀的医务工作者,我们必须重视医学类大学生思想政治教育的必要性,培养符合社会主义发展的具有正确价值观、人生观、社会观、职业操守的社会主义医疗卫生事业建设者和接班人。Colleges and universities are the field for cultivating the talents of colleges and universities. They are an indispensable part of the ideological and political high ground in our country’s social construction. The ideological education and other professional ideas of medical college students with the special attributes of "health department and life support" education is slightly different. Therefore, in the cultivation of medical college students, we should not only pay attention to cultivating strong professional skills, but also have higher requirements for students’ ideological and moral qualities. In order to train excellent medical workers, we must pay attention to the necessity of ideological and political education for medical college students, and cultivate socialist medical and health care builders and successors who are in line with socialist development and have correct values, outlook on life, social outlook, and professional ethics..
