注射用复合辅酶在改善恶性肿瘤患者骨髓抑制中的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨注射用复合辅酶在改善恶性肿瘤患者骨髓抑制中的作用。方法 9例恶性肿瘤伴骨髓抑制患者,均在常规治疗基础上采取注射用复合辅酶,均在治疗3 d后抽取血液样本测定相关血清生化指标水平。对比治疗前及治疗3 d后所有患者血小板计数、血红蛋白、粒细胞、白细胞水平及生活质量。结果治疗后,患者血小板计数(140.11±15.91)×10^(9)/L低于治疗前的(163.14±19.37)×10^(9)/L,血红蛋白(124.22±10.79)g/L、粒细胞(5.79±0.53)×10^(9)/L及白细胞(6.96±0.45)×10^(9)/L高于治疗前的(102.00±12.34)g/L、(5.08±0.69)×10^(9)/L、(6.25±0.56)×10^(9)/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,患者的精神信仰、独立、环境、社会、心理、生理评分均高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取注射用复合辅酶治疗恶性肿瘤骨髓抑制患者,可在一定程度上发挥保护作用,缓解骨髓抑制,对促使病情缓解及患者机体健康状况好转均具有积极意义,能有效提高患者的生活质量。Objective To discuss the role of compound coenzyme for injection in improving bone marrow suppression in patients with malignant tumors. Methods 9 patients with malignant tumor and myelosuppression all were treated with compound coenzyme for injection on the basis of conventional treatment. Blood samples were taken after 3 d of treatment to determine the levels of related serum biochemical indexes. The platelet count, hemoglobin, granulocyte, white blood cell level and quality of life of all patients before treatment and 3 d after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the platelet count(140.11±15.91)×10^(9)/L of patients was lower than(163.14±19.37)×10^(9)/L before treatment, and hemoglobin(124.22±10.79) g/L, granulocyte(5.79±0.53)×10^(9)/L and white blood cell(6.96±0.45)×10^(9)/L were higher than(102.00±12.34) g/L,(5.08±0.69)×10^(9)/L and(6.25±0.56)×10^(9)/L before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the spiritual belief, independence, environmental, social, psychological, and physical scores of patients were all higher than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Compound coenzyme for injection plays a protective role to a certain extent in the treatment of malignant tumor patients with bone marrow suppression, which can relieve bone marrow suppression, promote remission and improve the health and quality of life of patients.
