奥美拉唑联合铝碳酸镁治疗胃溃疡并出血患者的效果

摘　　要：目的研究分析奥美拉唑联合铝碳酸镁治疗胃溃疡并出血患者的效果。方法140例胃溃疡并出血患者,采用随机数字表法将患者分为实验组与对照组,各70例。对照组患者单用奥美拉唑治疗,实验组患者采用奥美拉唑联合铝碳酸镁治疗。对比两组临床疗效、止血时间、不良反应发生情况及用药满意度。结果实验组治疗总有效率及用药满意度分别为97.1%、97.1%,均明显高于对照组的84.3%、82.9%,胃出血止血时间为(3.12±0.57)d明显短于对照组的(5.04±1.56)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论使用奥美拉唑联合铝碳酸镁治疗胃溃疡并出血患者效果理想,可有效改善患者症状,缩短出血时间,同时缓解胃溃疡症状,在用药过程中并未发现严重不良反应,患者用药满意度较高,临床效果较好,可以推广使用。Objective To study the effect of omeprazole combined with hydrotalcite on patients with gastric ulcer and bleeding.Methods A total of 140 patients with gastric ulcer and bleeding were divided into experimental group and control group according to random numerical table,with 70 cases in each group.The control group was treated with omeprazole,and the experimental group was treated with omeprazole combined with hydrotalcite.The clinical efficacy,hemostasis time,occurrence of adverse reactions and medication satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate and medication satisfaction rate of the experimental group were 97.1%and 97.1%,which were obviously higher than 84.3%and 82.9%of the control group,and hemostasis time(3.12±0.57)d was obviously shorter than(5.04±1.56)d of the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Combination of omeprazole and hydrotalcite shows ideal effect on patients with gastric cancer and bleeding,which can improve the symptoms,shorten the bleeding time and relieve the symptoms of gastric ulcer.No serious adverse reactions are found during the course of medication,and patients*satisfaction with medication is high.It is worthy of promotion and application.
