探讨盐酸吗啡缓释片联合华蟾素胶囊治疗癌痛的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨盐酸吗啡缓释片联合华蟾素胶囊治疗癌痛的疗效。方法 60例癌痛患者作为研究对象,在患者入院时对其进行编号,奇数号为治疗组,偶数号为对照组。对照组患者单独使用盐酸吗啡缓释片治疗,治疗组在对照组的治疗基础上,联合使用华蟾素胶囊治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、止痛起效时间、止痛持续时间、不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组治疗总有效率为80.0%(24/30)高于对照组的53.3%(16/30),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者的止痛起效时间(46.2±4.2)min短于对照组的(58.2±6.9)min,治疗组患者止痛持续时间(39.9±5.1)min长于对照组的(31.1±4.5)min,差异均具有统计学意义(t=8.137、7.087, P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率为26.7%(8/30),低于对照组的40.0%(16/30),差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.444、P=0.035<0.05)。结论对癌痛患者采取盐酸吗啡缓释片联合华蟾素胶囊治疗的效果显著,可增加患者的治疗总有效率,减少患者不良反应的发生,有利于患者的康复,值得在临床上大力推广。Objective To discuss the efficacy of morphine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets combined with Huachansu capsule in the treatment of cancer pain.Methods A total of 60 patients with cancer pain as study subjects were divided into treatment group(odd number)and control group(even number)according to odd-even number method.The control group was treated with morphine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets,and the treatment group was treated with Huachansu capsule based on the control group.The therapeutic effect,onset time of analgesia,duration of analgesia,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 80.0%(24/30),which was higher than 53.3%(16/30)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The onset time of analgesia(46.2±4.2)min of the treatment group was shorter than(58.2±6.9)min of the control group,and duration of analgesia(39.9±5.1)min was longer than(31.1±4.5)min of the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(t=8.137,7.087;P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the treatment group was 26.7%(8/30),which was lower than 40.0%(16/30)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.444,P=0.035<0.05).Conclusion Combination of morphine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets and Huachansu capsule shows remarkable effect on patients with cancer pain,which can increase the total effective rate of patients,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,and is conducive to the rehabilitation of patients,which is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
