摘　　要：本文结合“新工科”理念,对土木工程专业的人才培养模式进行改革探索与实践。以齐齐哈尔工程学院土木工程专业为例,从基于“新工科”理念的课程体系建设、专业结构优化调整、教学模式及教学手段改革和教学质量保障措施四方面,进行了人才培养模式改革与探索,为应用型本科院校的基于“新工科”理念的人才培养建设提供参考和借鉴。This paper combines the concept of“new engineering”to reform,explore and practice the talent training model of civil engineering.Taking the civil engineering major of Qiqihar Institute of Engineering as an example,the reform and exploration of the talent training model has been carried out from four aspects:curriculum system construction based on the concept of“new engineering”,professional structure optimization and adjustment,teaching mode and teaching method reform,and teaching quality assurance measures.It provides reference and reference for the talent training and construction based on the concept of“new engineering”in applied undergraduate colleges.
