摘  要:熔模铸造喷嘴本体铸件生产中极易出现缩孔、缩松缺陷。通过对铸件结构特点分析,设计了浇注补缩系统。使用ProCast软件熔模铸造模块,对喷嘴本体铸件凝固过程进行模拟计算。结果表明,按照确定的铸造工艺生产的铸件通过了X射线探伤,未发现缩孔、缩松缺陷。The shrinkage cavity and shrinkage porosity defects are easy to occur in the production of investment casting nozzle body. By analyzing the structural characteristics of castings, the pouring shrinkage system was designed. The solidification process of the nozzle body casting was simulated by using ProCAST software investment casting module. The results show that the castings produced according to the established casting process have passed the X-ray flaw detection and no shrinkage holes and shrinkage porosity defects are found.
