摘 要:目的探讨增龄性因素对大鼠疼痛行为及相关因子表达的影响。方法选取不同年龄大鼠建立牙齿移动模型,于加力4 h、1 d、3 d和7 d时观察大鼠整饰行为反应并处死取材,通过免疫组化染色对牙髓内NGF、IL-1的表达情况进行观察。结果青少年组整饰行为时间在1 d高于成年组,3 d及7 d时低于成年组;NGF表达量在1、3,7 d均显著性低于成年组;IL-1表达量在3 d和7 d时显著性低于成年组。结论牙髓组织内NGF及IL-1参与了正畸疼痛的发生发展过程,增龄性因素可能会促使大鼠正畸疼痛形成速率放缓,疼痛持续时间延长,疼痛程度加剧。Objective To investigate the effect of aging factors on pain and neurogenic and pro-inflammatory mediators expression in rats.Methods Different age groups of SD male rats were selected to establish the orthodontic tooth movement models.Both groups were observed on facial-grooming behaviors at 4 hours,1,3 and 7 days after orthodontic force application,and then executed.The changes of the expression of NGF and IL-1 were detected by immunohistochemical staining.Results The time of facial grooming behaviors in adolescent group was longer than that in the adult group on day 1,and lower than that in the adult group on day 3.NGF expression of adolescent group was significantly lower than that of adult on day 1,day 3 and day 7.The expression of IL-1 of adolescent group was significantly lower than that in adult group on day 3 and day 7.Conclusions During the orthodontic tooth movement,NGF and IL-1 in dental pulp may participate in the occurrence and development of orthodontic pain.Aging factors may slow down the formation rate of orthodontic pain,prolong the duration of orthodontic pain and aggravate the degree of pain in rats.
