摘  要:利用金相显微镜、X射线衍射仪、洛氏硬度计等研究了淬回火工艺对BTW1耐磨钢组织与硬度的影响。结果表明:经880~980℃不同温度淬火后,BTW1钢组织主要为马氏体、残余奥氏体及少量未溶碳化物。随着淬火温度的升高,BTW1钢的硬度先升高后降低,920℃淬火后的BTW1钢硬度达到最大值,为55 HRC。在420~650℃,随着回火温度的升高,BTW1钢组织中残余奥氏体体积分数逐渐减少。650℃回火后,BTW1钢组织中残余奥氏体体积分数最低,为2.3vol%。随着回火温度的升高,BTW1钢的硬度逐渐降低,未发生二次硬化现象。The effects of quenching and tempering process on the microstructure and hardness of BTW1 wear-resistant steel were studied by means of metallographic microscope,X-ray diffractometer and Rockwell hardness tester.The results show that,the microstructure of BTW1 steel is mainly martensite,retained austenite and a small amount of insoluble carbide after quenching at 880-980℃.With the increase of quenching temperature,the hardness of BTW1 steel increases at first and then decreases.The hardness of the BTW1 steel after quenching at 920℃reaches a maximum value of 55 HRC.At 420-650℃,with the increase of tempering temperature,the volume fraction of retained austenite in the microstructure of BTW1 steel decreases gradually.After tempering at 650℃,the volume fraction of residual austenite in the BTW1 steel is the lowest,and it is 2.3vol%.With the increase of tempering temperature,the hardness of BTW1 steel decreases gradually,and no secondary hardening occurs.
