正畸疗法联合口腔修复疗法对先天性缺牙的治疗价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析正畸疗法联合口腔修复疗法对先天性缺牙的治疗价值。方法 78例先天性缺牙患者,采取随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组39例。对照组采取常规口腔修复治疗,观察组采取正畸疗法联合口腔修复疗法治疗。对比两组临床疗效、语言功能和咀嚼功能评分、生活质量、治疗满意度。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率97.4%高于对照组的84.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者语言功能评分(9.5±1.4)分、咀嚼功能评分(9.4±1.0)分均高于对照组的(7.7±1.3)、(7.5±0.8)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者活力、身体疼痛、生理功能、生理职能、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康、总体健康评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗总满意度为97.4%,明显高于对照组的76.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对先天性缺牙患者应用正畸疗法联合口腔修复疗法治疗可取得很好的效果,显著改善其语言功能和咀嚼功能,还有助于提升其生活质量,此治疗方式深受患者好评,适宜在临床中推广应用。Objective To analyze the therapeutic value of orthodontic therapy combined with oral prosthetic therapy for congenital missing teeth.Methods A total of 78 patients with congenital missing teeth were divided into observation group and control group according to random numerical table,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional oral prosthetic treatment,and the observation group was treated with orthodontic therapy combined with oral prosthetic therapy.The clinical efficacy,language function and chewing function score,quality of life,and satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 97.4%of the observation group was higher than 84.6%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the language function score(9.5±1.4)points and chewing function score(9.4±1.0)points of the observation group were higher than(7.7±1.3)and(7.5±0.8)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The vitality,physical pain,physiological function,role-physical,social function,emotional function,mental health,and overall health score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.4%,which was obviously higher than 76.9%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of orthodontic therapy and oral prosthetic therapy shows good effect for patients with congenital missing teeth,which can significantly improve their language and chewing functions,and also help improve their quality of life.This treatment is well received by patients,and is suitable for clinical promotion and application.
