摘 要:传统的CRTS双块式无砟轨道桥梁底座板施工主要采用人工方式,在施工过程中由于人为因素导致振捣不足、标高控制不准、凹槽四角易产生裂纹等病害。基于底座板混凝土的传统施工工艺存在的问题,研发的底座自动整平设备具备遥控操作、推平布料、振捣密实、提浆、整平塑型等功能,可实现混凝土标高、反坡一体成型,平整度整体性误差±1mm,标高精度±2 mm,密实度强度提高30%以上,混凝土表面平整度、反坡整齐一致,相邻板座间错台现象大幅降低,大幅提升桥梁底座施工效率与精度,满足现代高速铁路施工技术的发展需求,取得了良好的施工效果,解决了施工单位在高铁建造领域的痛点,为实现我国高铁智能建造、智慧铁路提供了有效的技术支撑,进一步推动了高速铁路的智能化及产业化发展。The traditional double block ballastless track bridge base plate construction mainly adopts manual method. In the construction process,due to human factors,the vibration is insufficient,the elevation control is not accurate,and the cracks are easy to occur at the four corners of the groove. Based on the problems existing in the traditional construction technology of the base slab concrete,the developed automatic leveling equipment has the functions of remote control operation,pushing and leveling distribution,vibrating and compacting,slurry lifting,leveling and shaping,etc.,which can realize the integral molding of concrete elevation and reverse slope,the overall flatness error is ± 1 mm,the elevation accuracy is ± 2 mm,the compactness strength is increased by more than 30%,and the concrete surface flatness and reverse slope leveling can be achieved Consistent,the staggered platform phenomenon between adjacent slab seats is greatly reduced,greatly improving the construction efficiency and precision of bridge base,meeting the development requirements of modern high-speed railway construction technology,achieving good construction effect,solving the construction company’s pain points in the field of high-speed railway construction,providing effective technical support for realizing intelligent construction and smart railway of high-speed railway in China,and further promoting the high-speed railway Intelligent and industrial development of railway.
