摘　　要：脑主神明相关理论在历代医家中均有阐述,通过探索脑主神明理论渊源,情志发病与脑的关系,以及"脑神"理论来探求抑郁症的发病机制,有利于中医理论以新观点、新方法与现代医学相结合,抑郁症的中枢发病机制当中关于脑网络、神经递质、应激因素、脑源性神经因子等方面均体现"脑主神明"理论,通过梳理,旨在对抑郁症的发病机制与治疗提供新的思路。The related theories of "Brain Master God" have been expounded in the medical doctors of all ages. By exploring the origin of the brain master god theory, the relationship between emotional pathogenesis and the brain, and the "brain god" theory to explore the pathogenesis of depression, it is beneficial to Chinese medicine The theory combines new perspectives, new methods and modern medicine. The central pathogenesis of depression includes brain network, neurotransmitters, stress factors, and brain-derived neurokines, all embodying the "brain master god" theory. The aim of this study is to provide new theoretical basis for the pathogenesis and treatment of depression.
