摘  要:在传统的基于椭球拟合校准法的基础上,提出了两步校准法。第一步引入中间变量,采用最小二乘法通过求解准线性方程来获得最优解,完成对总磁场和零位偏差的校准。第二步通过求解非线性方程组,完成灵敏度误差和三轴不正交性误差的校准。数值模拟和实际校准实验均表明,该方法能有效校准三轴磁强计由于制造工艺带来的误差,且引入中间变量可以有效避免计算误差的积累,从而有效降低总磁场的校准误差。Based on the traditional ellipsoid fitting calibration method,a two-step calibration method was proposed.In the first step,intermediate variable was introduced,the least square method was used to solve the quasilinear equation to obtain the optimal solution,and complete the calibration of the total magnetic field and the zero deviation.In the second step,by solving the nonlinear equations,the calibration of sensitivity error and tri-axial non-orthogonality error can be completed.Both numerical simulation and calibration experiments show that the method proposed can effectively calibrate the errors caused by the manufacturing error of the magnetometer and the introduction of intermediate variables can effectively avoid the accumulation of calculation errors,thus effectively reducing the calibration error of the total magnetic field.
