摘 要:设计了基于电容式传感器FDC2214的纸张计数自动测量系统,经过有限次自校准学习,计数正确率可以达到95%。首先通过FDC2214将纸张两侧极板的电容值传送到STM32F103ZET6单片机中,编程构造离散型卡尔曼滤波器对电容数据进行滤波。然后将滤波后的电容值采用算术平均法获取稳定的纸张数量信息并发送到显示装置,从而实现对不同数量纸张的准确测量。最后,为适应测量不同材质纸张的数据,设计多组可分别进行自校准和测量的模式,并将数据保存到FLASH中,以实现数据的断电保存。经过大量样本实验测量,证明系统具有较好的计数效果。An automatic measuring system of paper counting based on capacitive sensor FDC2214 was designed.After limited self-calibration learning,the counting accuracy can reach 95%.Firstly,the capacitance values of the plates on both sides of the paper were transmitted to STM32F103ZET6 MCU through FDC2214,and the discrete Kalman filter was programmed to filter the date of capacitance.Then the filtered capacitance value was used to obtain the stable paper quantity information by arithmetic mean method and was sent to the display device so as to realize the accurate measurement of different quantity of paper.Finally,in order to adapt to the measurement of different materials of paper data,multiple sets of self-calibration and measurement modes were designed,and the data were stored in FLASH to realize the data blackout storage.It is proved that the system has a good counting effect by a large number of sample experimental measurements.
