摘 要:采用低盐度5‰和10‰养殖淡水鱼白甲乌鳢(Opniocepnalus argus var Kimnra),探究盐度胁迫对淡水鱼类生长、成活和肌肉营养的影响,通过为期65 d的养殖,结果显示:养殖成活率随着盐度的升高而显著提高(P<0.05),但生长速度随着盐度的升高而显著降低(P<0.05);在盐度10‰下养殖白甲乌鳢,肌肉中的氨基酸总量占(10.50±1.9)%,必需氨基酸(3.69±1.3)%和呈味氨基酸(4.48±0.7)%均高于对照组,肌肉中脂肪酸EPA+DHA含量(2.5±0.2)%,显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结果显示将白甲乌鳢置于低盐度(10‰)下养殖,有助于提高养殖成活率和改善肌肉营养。The freshwater fish Opniocepnalus argus var Kimnra was cultured at low salinities of 5‰and 10‰to investigate the effects of salinity stress on growth,survival and muscle nutrition of freshwater fish for 65 d.The results showed that the survival rate increased significantly(P<0.05)with increasing salinity,but the growth rate decreased significantly(P<0.05)with increasing salinity.The total amino acids(10.50±1.9)%,essential amino acids(3.69±1.3)%and taste amino acids(4.48±0.7)%in the muscles of Opniocepnalus argus var Kimnra cultured in salinity 10‰were higher than those of the control group,and the content of fatty acids EPA+DHA(2.5±0.2)%in the muscles was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The results showed that the culture of Opniocepnalus argus var Kimnra in low salinity(10‰)helped to improve the survival rate of culture and improve muscle nutrition.
