夜磨牙症患者咬合及睡眠特征与弹性[牙合]垫的矫治作用

摘　　要：目的:分析夜磨牙症患者睡眠及咬合特征与弹性[牙合]垫的矫治作用。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年2月济南市儿童医院收治的夜磨牙症患者40例作为观察组,选取同期健康体检者40例作为对照组。结果:对2组RMMA次数、[牙合]力不对称指数、左右侧[牙合]力百分比、[牙合]力中点偏移至左右向、闭合时间进行比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组上述指标均显著优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:夜磨牙症患者与健康体检者比较,睡眠结构无较大差异,但其咬合特征有较大改变,而对其采用弹性牙合垫矫治,则可缓解症状,改善咬合特征,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To analyze the sleep and occlusal characteristics of patients with nocturnal bruxism and the orthodontic effect of elastic occlusal pad.Methods:From January 2019 to February 2020,forty patients with nocturnal bruxism were selected as the observation group,and 40 healthy people were selected as the control group.Results:There were significant differences in rhythmic masticatory muscle activity(RMMA)times,occlusal force asymmetry index,left and right occlusal force percentage,occlusal force midpoint to left and right direction,and closure time between the two groups(P<0.05);and the above indexes in the observation group after treatment were significantly better than those before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:There is no significant difference in sleep structure between patients with nocturnal bruxism and healthy people,but their occlusal characteristics have great changes.The application of elastic occlusal pad can relieve symptoms and improve occlusal characteristics,which can be further promoted.
