摘  要:PVC材料的气味来源主要在于原料,本文从配方的PVC树脂聚合度、热稳定剂、增塑剂、填料、抗氧剂、除味剂等各个方面,对软质PVC材料的配方进行气味改善研究,总结软质PVC材料配方气味改善规律。结果表明,PVC材料的最终气味等级与原料的气味等级成正比;在具体选择上,应该选择聚合度较低的PVC树脂粉、钙锌类热稳定剂、DINP或DOTP等增塑剂等;此外,合理使用抗氧剂和除味剂,可以帮助得到最低气味配方组合。The odor source of PVC materials mainly lies in the raw materials. This paper studies the odor improvement of the formula of s-PVC materials from the polymerization degree of PVC resin, heat stabilizer, plasticizer, filler, antioxidant, deodorant and other aspects, and summarizes the odor improvement rules of the formula of s-PVC materials. The results show that the final odor grade of PVC materials is directly proportional to the odor grade of raw materials;in the specific selection, PVC resin powder with low degree of polymerization, calcium zinc heat stabilizer, DINP or DOTP plasticizer, etc. should be selected;in addition, reasonable use of antioxidant and deodorant can help to obtain the minimum odor formula combination.
