疫情背景下戒毒民警心理健康的困境与应对——基于四川省1879名封闭备勤民警的调查

摘　　要：COVID-19疫情暴发以来,司法部启动司法行政强制隔离戒毒场所战时管理,戒毒场所民警实行分批封闭隔离执勤、备勤措施,这为维护戒毒场所安全稳定,坚决打赢疫情防控阻击战奠定了重要基础,疫情带来的不确定性和封闭执勤时间的增加,给戒毒民警的心理健康带来了新的挑战;同时,戒毒民警自身对压力的敏感性也会对其自己心理健康带来负面影响,所以在为以后常态化防控下的民警心理健康疏导工作应同时注意增强民警队伍压力耐受性的训练和对不确定性环境的容忍训练,并对具有潜在心理风险的个体适当调整其封闭执勤时间,以增强其在工作场景中的心理健康水平。Since the outbreak of COVID-19,the judiciary has started compulsory isolation measures in wartime in rehabilitation centers,and drug rehabilitation police have been assigned on-duty or ready-for-duty in batches,which lays an important foundation for resolutely fight the epidemic prevention and control war.But the uncertainty of the epidemic and the increase of isolated on-duty time have brought new challenges for mental health of these police.Meanwhile,sensitivity to the pressure of the police has also brought negative effects on their mental health.Therefore,training on stress tolerance and on uncertainty environment should be attached importance in mental health counseling for the police in normalization for prevention and control of epidemic.And the isolated on-duty time should be adjusted for police with potential psychological risk to enhance their mental health in the work environment.
