摘　　要：根据新任务、新形势,行业学院的办学实践是动态变化的,势必要对其定位、建设任务、内动要素进行重新思考,文章以常熟理工学院电梯工程学院为例,以问题为导向,通过对行业学院建设的输入标准进行重新设定,重点对行业学院的八个内在动因进行重新定义,给出了行业学院可持续发展的办学新思路与新思考。In terms of new task and dynamic trend of industry colleges,its orientation,construction and inertial elements are required to be re-evaluated.In this work,under the guidance of problem-faced in the new environment,we reset the input of construction metric of industry colleges,and focus on the new definition of eight inertial elements.Finally,we give a new way to the sustainable development of industry colleges.
