高职体育教学中运用网络教学平台培养学生职业心理素质的探讨

摘　　要：高职体育教学应着力培养学生形成良好的职业心理素质。网络教学平台能为体育教学提供新型的互动,形成虚拟社区。通过网络教学平台,教师可以与学生在线讨论职业心理素质的重要性,向学生介绍自我养成的方式,接收学生单独提问助其心理调适,建立虚拟社区延展学生职业心理素质养成的时空维度。P.E.teaching in higher vocational colleges should focus on cultivating students to form good professional psychological quality.Multimedia network teaching platform provides the PE teaching with the new mode of interaction,developing into virtual community,in which teachers discuss the importance of the professional psychological quality with students online,introduce the way of self-cultivation,accept students’individual questions to help their psychological adjustment under the Internet thinking,and establish a virtual community to extend the temporal and spatial dimension of students’professional psychological quality cultivation.
