摘  要:采用相容剂氢化丁苯胶接枝马来酸酐(SEBS-g-MAH)制备了聚苯醚/聚苯硫醚/玻璃纤维(PPO/PPS/GF)复合材料,分析了相容剂、GF以及高抗冲聚苯乙烯(HIPS)对复合材料性能的影响。结果表明:SEBS-g-MAH用量越大,复合材料冲击强度越高,其质量分数为3%时,复合材料(含有质量分数30%GF)拉伸强度达到最大值(105.4 MPa);掺用质量分数5%HIPS时,复合材料性能变化不大,但其熔体流动速率显著增加;GF在复合材料中分布较均匀,与树脂基材结合良好。Polyphenylene oxide/polyphenylene sulfide/glass fiber(PPO/PPS/GF)composites were prepared by using maleic anhydride grafted styrene ethylene butylene g styrene(SEBS-g-MAH)as compatibilizer,and the effects of compatibilizer,glass fiber(GF)and high impact polystyrene(HIPS)on the properties of composites were analyzed.The results show that the larger the amount of SEBS-g-MAH,the higher the impact strength of the composite.When the mass fraction of SEBS-g-MAH is 3%,the tensile strength of the composite(including 30%GF)reaches the maximum value(105.4 MPa).When 5%HIPS is added,the performance of composites has little change,but its melt flow rate increases significantly.GF is distributed evenly in the composite and combines well with the resin base material.
