摘　　要：[目的/意义]旨在为有效地防范和应对公交突发事件提供参考。[方法/过程]阐述城市公交突发事件生命周期阶段中的应急知识管理流程,以15起城市重大公交突发事件为案例,分析城市公交突发事件应急知识管理存在的问题。[结果/结论]从加强城市公交预防准备阶段知识的建设和应用,构建城市公交应急知识管理系统,加强知识的沟通共享,建立应急经验知识反馈评价机制,加强网络舆情的监控和引导5个方面提出相应的优化措施。[Purpose/significance]The paper is to provide references for effectively preventing and dealing with public transport emergencies.[Method/process]The paper expounds the emergency knowledge management process in the life cycle of urban public transport emergencies,and takes 15 major emergencies of urban public transport as an example,then analyzes the problems existing in emergency knowledge management of urban public transport emergencies.[Result/conclusion]The paper puts forwards five corresponding optimization measures:strengthening the construction and application of knowledge in the preparation stage of urban public transport prevention;constructing the urban public transport emergency knowledge management system;strengthening the communication and sharing of knowledge;establishing the feedback evaluation mechanism of emergency experience knowledge;and strengthening the monitoring and guidance of network public opinion.
