摘  要:现阶段我国医药事业和化学领域的发展不断向前,对于应用创新型人才的需求不断提高,我校分析化学专业人才培养的传统教学上存在需要改善的问题。针对这一现状,OBE-CDIO人才培养模式的提出有利于提高学生的综合实践素质和动手能力。本文将简单阐述OBE-CDIO人才培养理念的内容,以沈阳药科大学分析化学教学为例,讨论这个人才培养模式在分析化学专业教学过程中的运用,分析出现阶段教学过程中不足之处并提出合理化建议。Now, with the continuous development of medicine and chemistry in China, the demand for applied and innovative talents is constantly increasing.Therefore, there are some problems in the traditional teaching of talents training for the specialty of analytical chemistry in our university. In view of this situation,the proposal of OBE-CDIO talent training mode is conducive to improving students’ comprehensive practical quality and operational ability. This paper will briefly describe the content of OBE-CDIO talent training concept, take the analytical chemistry teaching of Shenyang Pharmaceutical University as an example, discuss the application of this talent training mode in the teaching process of analytical chemistry major, analyze the deficiencies in the teaching process in the emerging stage and put forward reasonable suggestion.
