摘　　要：医学分子生物学是生命科学与医学相关专业研究生一门重要的专业基础课程,核酸的结构与功能则是医学分子生物学课程的重要内容。本文针对核酸的结构与功能一章,以研究生为对象,探讨案例教学法在医学分子生物学教学中的实践效果。结果证明,案例教学法促进了学生对抽象知识的理解,提高了学生自主学习以及综合应用知识的能力,教学效果显著。Medical molecular biology is an important professional basic course for postgraduates of life science and medicine related majors. The structures and functions of nucleic acids is an important content of medical molecular biology course. This paper aims at the chapter of the structures and functions of nucleic acids,and discusses the practical effect of case based learning in the teaching of medical molecular biology with graduate students as the object. The results show that case based learning can promote students’ understanding of abstract knowledge, improve students’ ability of independent learning and comprehensive application of knowledge, and the teaching effect is remarkable.
