摘 要:本文根据有机化学课程理论性强、反应多,且反应底物与反应产物结构变化灵活等特点,结合有机化学教学现状及存在的问题,提出了以粉笔教学为主、多媒体教学为辅的教学方式,并鼓励适当将书本中的重要反应与实际药物合成结合起来。此外,改变课程考核方法,增加平时成绩尤其是增加平时考试成绩在总成绩中的比例,从而为有机化学教学改革提供有益借鉴。According to the characteristics of organic chemistry course, such as deep theory, multiple reactions, and flexible changes in the structure of reaction substrates and reaction products, combined with the current situation and existing problems of organic chemistry teaching, this paper puts forward a teaching method, which is mainly based on chalk teaching and supplemented by multimedia teaching. It is also encouraged to combine the important reactions in books with the actual drug synthesis. In addition, change the course assessment method: increase the proportion of usual performance, especially the ordinary test scores, in the total scores, so as to provide a useful reference for the teaching reform of organic chemistry.
