摘 要:船舶动力装置含有大量的泵类旋转设备,这些振源设备会通过设备支承结构和管路向外传递振动,浮筏隔振措施由于减振效果好、便于模块化建造等典型特点成了目前船舶减隔振发展趋势。文章针对船舶动力装置集中质量浮筏隔振系统,对比分析了筏架重量、隔振器参数、振源分布位置、安装基础对隔振系统振动传递特性的影响,获得了集中质量浮筏隔振系统参数影响规律。文章工作可为集中质量浮筏隔振系统设计提供借鉴和参考。Ship power equipment contains a large number of pump rotating equipments,and vibration will be passed out through support structure and pipes by these vibration source devices.Floating raft vibration isolation has become one of the mainstream trends of ship vibration isolation measures because of good vibration damping effect and easy modular construction.Floating raft vibration isolation was researched on in this paper for concentrated quality and complex system of ship power equipment,and the vibration transfer characteristics under different structure weights,different vibration isolator parameters,different vibration source distribution forms and different installation foundation conditions were compared and analyzed.The parameters influence laws were obtained by research on floating raft vibration isolation system with Concentrated quality.The work in this paper can provide references for the design of floating raft vibration isolation system with Concentrated quality.
