认知融合与乳腺癌患者情绪困扰的关系

摘　　要：目的:探究认知重评在认知融合与乳腺癌患者情绪困扰间的中介作用及核心自我评价的调节作用,为缓解乳腺癌患者的情绪困扰、促进其身心健康提供参考。方法:采用认知融合问卷、情绪调节问卷、核心自我评价量表和抑郁-焦虑-应激量表对潍坊市430例乳腺癌患者进行问卷调查。结果:共获得407份有效问卷,认知融合与认知重评负相关(r=-0.10,P<0.05),与情绪困扰正相关(r=0.62,P<0.01)。认知重评与情绪困扰负相关(r=-0.37,P<0.01)。认知重评在认知融合与情绪困扰间的中介作用显著,核心自我评价调节指数(index)显著。结论:认知重评在认知融合与情绪困扰间起中介作用,核心自我评价在乳腺癌患者认知融合与认知重评的认知加工过程中起调节作用。Objective:To explore the mediator role of cognitive reappraisal between cognitive fusion and emotional distress and the moderator effect of core self-evaluation in this mediation,and to provide reference for alleviating emotional distress and the improvement of physical and mental health among breast cancer patients.Methods:430 breast cancer patients completed the Cognitive Fusion Questionnaire,Emotion Regulation Questionnaire,Core Self-Evaluation Scale and Depression Anxiety Stress Scale.Results:A total of 407 valid questionnaires were obtained.Cognitive fusion negatively correlated with cognitive reappraisal(r=-0.10,P<0.05)and positively with emotional distress(r=0.62,P<0.01).Cognitive reappraisal negatively correlated with emotional distress(r=-0.37,P<0.01).Cognitive reappraisal had a significant mediator effect in the relationship between cognitive fusion and emotional distress.The moderated index of core self-evaluation was significant.Conclusion:Cognitive reappraisal plays a mediating role between cognitive fusion and emotional distress,and the mediation is moderated by the patient's core self-evaluation.
