消胀颗粒对功能性消化不良大鼠胃排空及胃肠激素的影响

摘　　要：目的:通过动物实验证实消胀颗粒对功能性消化不良(FD)大鼠胃排空的功效。方法:将72只大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、消胀颗粒低、中、高剂量组及多潘立酮组,用夹尾激怒法制备FD大鼠模型,观察消胀颗粒对FD大鼠体质量、胃排空、胃肠激素胃动素(MTL)和胃泌素(GAS)的影响,研究消胀颗粒对FD的治疗作用及机制。结果:各治疗组FD大鼠体质量增大,胃排空明显增强;消胀颗粒组胃内残留率明显低于模型组,大剂量组胃内残留率低于多潘立酮组(P<0.05),大剂量组胃内残留率低于小剂量组(P<0.01)。模型组与正常组比较,血清MTL、GAS明显下降(P<0.01),各治疗组血清MTL、GAS较模型组均有不同程度的增高(P<0.01或P<0.05),升高MTL水平消胀颗粒大剂量组效果优于多潘立酮组和小剂量组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:消胀颗粒有促进FD大鼠胃排空的效果,且作用存在一定的量效关系。消胀颗粒可以调节胃肠激素和胃肠动力。Objective:To investigate the effect of Xiaozhang Granule on gastric emptying function in rats with functional dyspepsia.Methods:Seventy-two rats were randomly divided into normal groups,model groups,low,medium and high dose groups of flatulence particles,and dupanlitazone groups.Functional dyspepsia(FD)rat model was prepared by entrainment method.To observe the effects of granule on body mass,gastric emptying,gastrointestinal hormone motilin(MTL)and gastrin(GAS)in rats with FD,and to study the therapeutic effect and mechanism of granule on FD.Results:The body mass of FD rats in each treatment group increased,and gastric emptying increased significantly.The intragastric residual rate was significantly lower than that of the model group,while that of the large dose group was lower than that of the dupanlitazone group(P<0.05).The intragastric residual rate in the large dose group was lower than that in the small dose group(P<0.01).Compared with normal group,serum MTL and GAS decreased significantly(P<0.01)The serum MTL and GAS in each treatment group were increased to different degrees compared to the model group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).The effect of the large dose group of flatulence particles was better than that of the dupanlitazone group and the small dose group in increasing the level of the serum MTL(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiaozhang granule can promote gastric emptying in rats with functional dyspepsia,and there is a dose-effect relationship.Restoring the disorder of gastrointestinal hormone level is one of the mechanisms to improve gastrointestinal motility disorder.
