摘 要:Gremlin-1最早以BMPs超家族的拮抗剂被人们发现,认为其在中胚层诱导、组织器官形态分化以及肿瘤的进展中发挥多种作用。自1997年来,Gremlin-1在各系统中的多功能性已被广泛挖掘,但其在肿瘤调控领域的作用依然存在讨论和争议,其参与不同信号通路的机制可能会对不同组织器官来源肿瘤产生差异性调节。文章主要探讨对Grem-1对肿瘤的作用机制,以及在不同组织器官肿瘤的表达水平与病理参数相关性的研究进展,并探讨和展望其在泌尿系统领域的研究意义。Gremlin-1 was first identified as an antagonist of the BMPs superfamily and is thought to play multiple roles in mesoderm induction,morphological differentiation of tissues and organs and tumour progression.In the last two decades,the versatility of Gremlin-1 in various systems has been widely explored,but its role in the field of tumour regulation remains controversial,and its involvement in different signalling pathways may differentially regulate tumours originated from different tissues and organs.The paper focuses on the research progress of the mechanism of Grem-1's action on tumours and the correlation between the expression levels and pathological parameters in tumours from different tissues and organs,and discusses its implications in the field of urinary system.
