摘  要:慢性阻塞性肺疾病(慢阻肺)是临床常见疾病,是一种具有气流受限特征的可以预防和治疗的疾病,气流受限不完全可逆、呈进行性发展,与肺部对香烟烟雾等有毒气体或有害颗粒的异常炎症反应有关。慢阻肺是可以预防和治疗的,作为重要的公共健康问题,全球慢性阻塞性疾病防治倡仪(GOLD)逐年更新,相应的在临床教学过程中,教学思维也应更新,给学员灌输这些慢阻肺更新的知识点,及时给患者制定和调整治疗方案,让患者得到合理的治疗,减少复发,根据GOLD每年的更新,强调诊断、治疗的灵活性。最终实现GOLD各个方面更新内容在教学过程中的体现,通过更新慢阻肺的诊断和治疗等各方面内容,教会年轻医生主动学习一些医学前沿知识。Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is a common clinical disease,which can be prevented and treated with the characteristics of airflow restriction.Airflow restriction is not completely reversible and has a progressive development,which is related to the abnormal inflammatory response of lungs to toxic gases such as cigarette smoke or harmful particles.Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)can be prevented and treated.As an important public health issue,the global initiative for the prevention and treatment of chronic obstructive diseases(gold)has been updated year by year.Correspondingly,in the clinical teaching process,the teaching thinking should also be updated.The students should be infused with these updated knowledge points of COPD,and the patients should be made and adjusted in time to get reasonable treatment,reduce recurrence and root According to the annual update of gold,it emphasizes the flexibility of diagnosis and treatment.Finally,we can realize the embodiment of the updated content of GOLD in the teaching process.By updating the diagnosis and treatment of COPD,we can teach young doctors to actively learn some cutting-edge medical knowledge.
