摘　　要：目的探讨肺癌的发生与机体血清中白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平的关系。方法分析2015年10月就诊于新乡医学院第三附属医院肿瘤内科的1例肺癌患者(先证者)所在家系3代成员中肺癌发病情况,并根据是否患肺癌将家系成员分为观察组(n=4)和对照组(n=14)。检测2组研究对象血清中IL-6、VEGF、CRP水平并进行比较。结果先证者所在家系(3代)共18位成员,其中4位患肺癌,其余14位成员未发现有肺癌征象。观察组患者血清中IL-6、VEGF、CRP水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于有肺癌家族史的成员来说,早期检测血清IL-6、VEGF、CRP表达水平,对于及时发现肺癌征象可能具有一定的临床意义。Objective To explore the relationship between the serum levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),C-reactive protein(CRP)and lung cancer.Methods The incidence of lung cancer in 3 generations of a proband′s family admitted to Department of Oncology,the Third Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University on October 2015 was analyzed,and the family members were divided into observation group(n=4)and control group(n=14)according to whether they had lung cancer.The serum levels of IL-6,VEGF and CRP of subjects in the two groups were determined and compared.Results Among the 18 members of the proband′s family(3 generations),4 members had lung cancer,and the other 14 members had no signs of lung cancer.The serum levels of IL-6,VEGF and CRP of the subjects in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For members with family history of lung cancer,early detection of the levels of IL-6,VEGF and CRP in serum may have a certain significance for timely detection of lung cancer signs.
