摘  要:针对CO2保护焊焊接低合金高强钢出现的焊接裂纹,从组织成分、氢和拘束应力3个方面进行了分析,发现CO2保护焊输入线能量过小,是造成焊接接头开裂的根本原因。指出低合金高强钢采用CO2保护焊焊接时热处理工艺的重要性,并对预热、后热温度的大小进行了分析,确定了Q420B钢焊接工艺和裂纹修复工艺,使问题得到解决。As welding crack occurred in low-alloy high strength structural steel with carbon dioxide gas shielded arc welding,the composition,hydrogen and constrained stress were analyzed.And we found the reason of crack was that the too low specific energy input of carbon dioxide gas shielded arc welding.It was pointed out in this paper that the preheating before the carbon dioxide gas shielded arc welding for low-alloy high strength structural steel was important and the temperature of preheating was also analyzed.The welding process and crack repair process of Q420B Steel were determined,and the problems were solved.
