摘  要:张柏然教授关注翻译教学并从事翻译实践、翻译研究与翻译人才培养长达半个世纪,为祖国培养了60名高层次译学研究人才。张柏然教授研究型翻译人才和致用型翻译人才培养的理念可以用“创新引领、中西融通”“国学陶养、通才模式”和“能力导向、质量为本”24字概括,这些思想服务于他的翻译教学与人才培养,遵循从应然经使然再到实然的逻辑演绎路径,实现了翻译人才培养的教研同一、道术归一与知行合一,在“对外讲好中国故事、传播好中国声音”的大背景下,具有重大的实践价值。Professor Boran Zhang engaged for half a century in translation practice,research and cultivation of translation professionals.Apart from the 60 high-quality young translation scholars he has cultivated for our country,he has written a lot and thus crystallized his philosophy on the training of research and use-oriented translation professionals.To be specific,he pays great attention to the cultivation of students’innovative ability,good knowledge of the Chinese and Western translation theories,and the development of their strong translation competence and high calibre professional qualities.Meanwhile,he advocates an integrated multidisciplinary scholarship based on in-depth knowledge of traditional Chinese literature,philosophy,history and aesthetics.Following a problem-method-solution logic,he has put into practice the aforementioned philosophy,realizing the unity of teaching and research,the Tao and the methods,and knowledge and action.His philosophy of translation professional training is of great practical significance at a time when we are trying to tell true China’s stories and make our voice heard.
