摘　　要：通过对麦门冬汤在宋校《金匮要略》吴迁本、邓珍本,《金匮玉函经》《外台秘要方》《备急千金要方》文字记载的对校研究,推测该方在诸书文本混乱讹误的现象,或由于宋臣校书理念所致,或源于参考资料的差异,或囿于宋臣中医学术水平的局限。提示:一是要充分认识传世宋校医书文献的复杂性与不确定性;二是对经典方剂关键信息的研究考证,切忌局限于某书文献,而是应当将文献资料的范围拓展至宋校医书的相应内容;三是有必要建立宋校医书的仲景方异文动态语料库及数据库应用系统,穷尽性汇集仲景方文本异同;四是综合运用多学科知识,从共时性、历时性两个维度对异文材料进行辨别取舍;五是参考宋代方书类代表作《太平圣惠方》,通过宋臣著书与宋臣校书在衡制单位、药量等方面的异同,探讨宋臣整理古医书方剂文献的指导原则、具体方法及其影响,为确定仲景方药量提供文献参考。Based on the recorded proofreading study of Ophiopogon Decoction in Synopsis of the Golden Chamber by Wu Qian,and by Deng Zhen,The Jade Case Classic of the Golden Cabinet,Arcane Essentials from the Imperial Library,and Important Formulas Worth a Thousand Gold Pieces for Emergency,it is speculated that the confusion and errors of Ophiopogon Decoction in various books are either caused by Song officials′proofreading ideas,or due to the differences of reference materials at that time,or due to the limitation of Song officials′academic level of TCM.It is suggested that:First,we should fully understand the complexity and uncertainty of the medical books handed down from Song Dynasty.Second,the research on the key information of classical formulas should not be limited to a certain book,but should expand the scope of literature to the corresponding content of medical books of Song Dynasty.Third,it is necessary to establish the dynamic corpus and database application system of Zhang Zhong-jing′s formulas in different medical books of Song Dynasty,so as to widely collect the similarities and differences of Zhang Zhong-jing′s formulas.Fourth,we should use multidisciplinary knowledge to distinguish and choose different materials from synchronic and diachronic dimensions.Fifth,we should refer to Taiping Holy Prescriptions for Universal Relief,the representative work of Song Dynasty,to discuss the guiding principles,specific methods and influence by comparing the similarities and differences between writing books and proofreading books of Song officials in balance system unit and dosage,etc.so as to provide references for determining the dosage of Zhang Zhong-jing′s formulas.
