《针灸甲乙经》委中穴考证

摘　　要：委中穴在《针灸甲乙经》中共出现13处,主治条文在《针灸甲乙经》共出现11次,具有泻热、截疟、止痛、利水消胀、疏经通络、止血、止遗等功效,主治病症涉及多个系统病症,如运动系统、神经系统、泌尿系统等,包含脏腑疾病、外感疾病等。委中穴针刺深度当以刺中胫神经而不误伤其深层动静脉为度,针刺操作应以泻法为主,《针灸甲乙经》提出本穴可灸,以三壮为度,后世虽有"委中禁灸",究其原由,当为灸量过大则易伤及其下血络。In A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion,Weizhong(BL 40)appears 13 times,and its indications appear 11 times.It has the functions of reducing heat,stopping malaria,relieving pain,promoting urination and removing swelling,dredging meridians and collaterals,stopping bleeding,and stopping enuresis.The indications involve multiple system diseases,such as motor system,nervous system,urinary system,etc.,including visceral diseases,exogenous diseases,etc.The needling depth of Weizhong should be to stab the tibial nerve without injuring its deep arteries and veins,and the needling operation should focus on purgation.According to A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion,moxibustion can be used at this point,with three"zhuang"as the standard.Although there is"no moxibustion at Weizhong"by later generations,the reason is that excessive amount of moxibustion is easy to damage the lower blood vessels.
