从Pentawards奖看食品包装的仿生形态设计应用

摘　　要：Pentawards奖在全球包装设计界具有权威性和导向性,以Pentawards奖食品包装作品为研究对象,探讨仿生形态在食品包装设计中的应用,旨在为有效提升食品包装的创意价值和竞争力提供一定参考。通过整理和筛选近五年(2016—2020年)Pentawards的食品包装作品,从中概括食品包装基于仿生形态下的设计方法和表现特征,并进一步分析仿生形态在食品包装中的应用效果和发展趋势。基于仿生形态的食品包装设计具有具象、抽象两种表现形式,赋予了造型独特、形象鲜明、意趣突出的包装特征,因而有利于直观传达食品信息、深刻突出食品特色和巧妙构建食品形象。同时结合时代的绿色发展趋势,仿生食品包装将在趣味性、生态性、多功能化的表现上有着更多发展空间。Pentawards is authoritative and oriented in the global packaging design community,taking food packaging works of Pentawards as the research object,in order to effectively enhance the creative value and competitiveness of food packaging to provide some references.Through sorting out and screening the food packaging works of Pentawards in the past five years(2016-2020),the design method and performance characteristics of food packaging based on bionic form are summarized,and the application effect and development trend of bionic form in food packaging are further analyzed.The food packaging design based on bionic form has two forms of expression:concrete and abstract,which endows it with unique,vivid and interesting packaging characteristics,so it is beneficial to conveying food information intuitively,and highlighting food characteristics deeply,along with constructing food image skillfully.Meanwhile,combined with the green development trend of the times,bionic food packaging will have more development space in the performance of interest,ecology and multifunction.
