摘　　要：饲用辣木营养价值丰富、蛋白质含量高、种植管理简便、可循环产收,是一种优质的木本饲料资源,可作为蛋白质饲料源广泛应用于畜牧业中。大力开展饲用辣木的研究有望解决畜牧业中蛋白质饲料短缺的困境。文章就饲用辣木的研究概况和营养价值进行介绍,并综述其作为饲料在畜牧业中的应用情况,旨在为饲用辣木在畜牧业中的开发利用提供参考。Forage Moringa is a kind of high quality roughage source and protein feed source with rich nutritional value,high protein content,simple planting management and recyclable yield.It has a broad application prospect in animal husbandry.Vigorously carrying out the study of forage Moringa is expected to solve the dilemma of feed shortage in animal husbandry.At present,the development and utilization of Moringa oleifera for feeding has attracted much attention of researchers,and in-depth studies have been carried out in the feeding of a variety of ruminants and non-ruminants.In the paper,the research overview and nutritional value of forage Moringa are introduced,and its application as woody feed in animal husbandry is reviewed,summarized in order to provide a reference for the development and utilization of forage Moringa in animal husbandry in the future.
