摘 要:目的:了解山东省农村幼儿园教师述情障碍现状及与特质应对方式的关系,为改善农村幼儿园教师心理健康水平提供依据。方法:选取山东省农村幼儿园教师459名,使用多伦多述情障碍量表(TAS-20)和特质应对方式问卷(TCSQ)进行测试。结果:山东省农村幼儿园教师述情障碍总分为(55.26±7.03),50.98%的教师存在中等程度的述情障碍,20.26%述情障碍程度较重。情感识别障碍、情感描述障碍和外向性思维三因子的得分为(18.73±3.90),(13.70±2.51)和(22.83±2.68),不同年龄(F=3.10,P<0.05)、学历(F=3.91,P<0.05)、岗位(F=4.12,P<0.05)、月薪(F=5.45,P<0.01)和编制(t=-3.59,P<0.01)的教师群组述情障碍总分均存在显著差异。不同编制教师的消极应对得分存在显著差异(t=-3.60,P<0.01),不同岗位(F=5.18,P<0.01)、不同月薪(F=8.63,P<0.01)教师在积极应对得分存在显著差异。Pearson相关分析表明,述情障碍中的情感识别障碍(r=0.15,P<0.01)、情感描述障碍(r=0.14,P<0.01)、述情障碍总分(r=0.13,P<0.01)与消极应对得分呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析显示,教师的年龄、月薪和编制是述情障碍的影响因素。结论:山东省农村幼儿园教师存在一定程度的述情障碍,消极应对方式与述情障碍有显著相关性,应充分关注并维护这一群体的心理健康。Objective:To explore the current situation of alexithymia among rural kindergarten teachers in Shandong province and its relationship with trait coping style,so as to provide basis for improving the mental health level of rural kindergarten teachers.Methods:TAS-20 and TCSQ were used to assess 459 rural kindergarten teachers in Shandong province.Results:Total alexithymia score of rural kindergarten teachers in Shandong province was(55.26±7.03),50.98%of the teachers had moderate alexithymia and 20.26%had serious alexithymia.The scores of affective recognition disorder,affective description disorder and extraversion thinking were(18.73±3.90),(13.70±2.51)and(22.83±2.68).There were significant differences in alexithymia scores among teachers of different ages(F=3.10,P<0.05),educational background(F=3.91,P<0.05),post(F=4.12,P<0.05),monthly salary(F=5.45,P<0.01)and establishment(t=-3.59,P<0.01).There was significant differences in the scores of negative coping among teachers of different establishment(t=-3.60,P<0.01).There were significant differences in the scores of positive coping among teachers with different positions(F=5.18,P<0.01)and monthly salary(F=8.63,P<0.01).Pearson correlation analysis showed that affective recognition disorder(r=0.15,P<0.01),affective description disorder(r=0.14,P<0.01)and alexithymia score(r=0.13,P<0.01)were positively correlated with negative coping score.Multivariate logistic regression showed that teachers’age,monthly salary and establishment were the influencing factors of alexithymia score.Conclusion:Teachers in rural kindergartens in Shandong province have alexithymia to a certain extent.There is a significant correlation between negative coping style and alexithymia.We should pay attention to and maintain the mental health of this group.
