金末元初理学北传对窦汉卿针灸学术思想的影响

摘　　要：理学北传是元灭金后,南宋理学传到中国北方地区的一场文化传播现象。随后理学思想逐渐渗透到了北方社会,并且影响了中医理论的发展。窦汉卿作为元代著名的理学家和针灸医家,他的针灸学术思想也深受到理学思想的影响。窦汉卿的针灸学术思想是理学思想对金元当时针灸学术影响的一个缩影,更对明清时期的针灸的传播发展影响深远。明清的针灸发展创新较少,多是对金元时期针灸学的总结与运用,一方面反映出金元时期针灸学发展的高度,另一方面也体现了文化思想对中医学术思想的影响。The northern spread of Neo-confucianism is a cultural phenomenon that spread to northern China after the elimination of Jin dynasty in Yuan dynasty.Later,Neo-confucianism gradually penetrated into the northern society,and affected the development of traditional Chinese medicine theory.As a famous physician and acupuncturist in the Yuan dynasty,Dou Hanqing′s academic thought on acupuncture was also deeply influenced by the thought of Neo-confucianism.The construction of Dou Hanqing′s theory of acupuncture was a microcosm of the influence of Neo-confucianism on acupuncture in the 13rd century.It had a profound impact on the spread and development of acupuncture theory in later generations.There were few innovations in the development of acupuncture and moxibustion in the Ming and Qing dynasties,and most of them were the summary and application of acupuncture theory in the Jin and Yuan dynasties.On the one hand,it reflected the height of the development of acupuncture theory in the Jin and Yuan dynasties,and on the other hand,it also reflected the influence of cultural thoughts on the academic thoughts of traditional Chinese medicine.
