高尔基磷酸化蛋白3与结直肠癌临床病理特征关系的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的探讨高尔基磷酸化蛋白3(Golgi phosphoprotein 3,GOLPH3)表达在结直肠癌(CRC)中临床病理特征的意义。方法系统检索PubMed、Web of Science、Medline、万方数据库和CNKI,检索有关GOLPH3表达与CRC临床病理关系的文献。按标准筛选文献并提取数据,用STATA 16.0进行Meta分析。结果7项研究共计621例结直肠癌患者纳入这一Meta分析。汇总结果表明,与癌旁组织相比,GOLPH3在肿瘤组织中高表达与临床分期(OR,2.00)显著相关,还与肿瘤分化不良(OR,1.19)、淋巴结转移(OR,1.17)等因素相关,但与组织学类型、年龄、性别、肿瘤大小无显著关联。结论GOLPH3高表达可能与结肠直肠癌的部分临床病理特征(癌变,肿瘤分化,临床分期,淋巴结转移)相关。Objective To investigate the significance of Golgi phosphoprotein 3(GOLPH3)expression in clinico-pathologicalfeatures of colorectal cancer(CRC).Methods PubMed,Web of Science,Medline,Wanfang database and CNKI were searched systematically.Literature on the relationship between GOLPH3 expression and clinicopathology of CRC was retrieved.The literatures were screened according to the criteria and the data were extracted.Meta-analysis was performed by STATA 16.0.Results Seven studies involving 621 patients with colorectal cancer were included in this Meta-analysis.The summary results showed that compared with paracancerous tissues,the high expression of GOLPH3 in tumor tissues was significantly correlated with clinical stag(OR,2.00),and was also correlated with poor tumor differentiation(OR,1.19),lymph node metastasis(OR,1.17),but not significantly correlated with histological type,age,gender,or tumor size.Conclusion The high expression of GOLPH3 may be associated with some clinicopathological features of colorectal cancer(carcinogenesis,tumor differentiation,clinical stage,lymph node metastasis).
