摘　　要：分析了新媒体技术对普通高校数字图书馆建设的影响,以信阳农林学院图书馆为例,阐述了现阶段普通高校数字图书馆发展现状及不足,并根据现实情况提出可行的建设发展策略。This paper analyzes the influence of new media technology on the construction of digital library in colleges and universities.Taking the library of Xinyang Agriculture and Forestry University as an example,it expounds the present situation and shortage of digital library development in colleges and universities,and puts forward feasible construction and development strategies according to actual situation.
