区域创业生态系统视角下众创空间运行机制研究

摘　　要：基于市场化机制,提升创新创业孵化水平,是众创空间作为创新创业载体的责任与使命。基于同层级分析与跨层级分析视角,运用NVivo12软件对十二个众创空间案例样本进行扎根理论分析。研究发现,第一,区域创业生态系统是一个多层次创业生态系统,众创空间创业生态系统不仅嵌套其中,二者还具有相互耦合关系。第二,众创空间嵌入区域创业生态系统的运行机制包括:自适应机制、动态创业机制、多层次耦合机制、开放式创新机制、自组织更新机制与价值创造。在此基础上,提出优化区域创业生态系统的政策措施。Based on the market mechanism,it is the responsibility and mission of the mass innovation space as a carrier of innovation and entrepreneurship to improve the level of the incubation of innovation and entrepreneurship.From the perspectives of the same-level analysis and cross-level analysis,this paper uses the Nvivo12 software to conduct a grounded theory analysis of twelve cases of the mass innovation space.It has the following conclusions.Firstly,the regional entrepreneurial ecosystem is a multi-level entrepreneurial ecosystem.The entrepreneurial ecosystem of the mass innovation space not only belongs to the regional entrepreneurial ecosystem,but also has a coupling relationship between them.Secondly,the operation mechanism of the mass innovation space embedded in the regional entrepreneurial ecosystem is composed of the adaptive mechanism,the dynamic entrepreneurial mechanism,the multi-level coupling mechanism,the mechanism of open innovation,the renewal mechanism of self-organization and value creation.On this basis,this paper proposes policies and measures to optimize the regional entrepreneurial ecosystem.
