摘　　要：总分馆建设从兴起至今,因出资建设主体、运行机制不同在国内公共图书馆界形成了多种模式。在借鉴先进经验的基础上,河北省县级以上公共图书馆逐步形成了以迁安、石家庄、廊坊、沧州、馆陶等为代表的总分馆建设模式。以河北省公共图书馆总分馆建设为例,总结其实践经验,提出理顺各方关系、制定长远规划、发挥总馆作用、完善评价体系的工作思路。Since the rise of the construction of the main-branch libraries,a variety of models have been formed in the domestic public library community due to the differences in the main body and operating mechanism of the capital construction.On the basis of drawing on advanced experience,public libraries at county level and above in Hebei Province have gradually formed a general branch library model represented by Qian’an,Shijiazhuang,Langfang,Cangzhou,and Guantao.Taking the construction of the main-branch libraries of Hebei Public Library as an example,the paper summarizes its practical experience,and puts forward the working ideas of straightening out the relationship between all parties,formulating long-term plans,playing the role of the general library,and improving the evaluation system.
