摘 要:采用《职业倦怠量表》和《工作压力量表》调查了385名西藏自治区基层公务员。运用SPSS软件进行t检验、多群组方差及回归分析。结果显示:西藏基层公务员整体职业倦怠较内地高,工作压力的任务维度与职业倦怠呈显著负相关,其他各维度与职业倦怠呈正相关;工作压力的上级领导、工作责任、人际关系、工作任务、完美倾向维度进入了职业倦怠的回归方程,解释了职业倦怠总分变异的76.3%;年龄、工作区域、学历以及职位状况对公务员职业倦怠产生显著影响,共可解释职业倦怠变异的40.3%。In this study,385 grass-roots public servants in Tibet Autonomous Region were surveyed by using Occupational Burnout Scale and Work Stress Scale.SPSS software was used for t test,multi-group variance and regression analysis.The results showed that the overall job burnout of public servants in Tibet was higher than that in China's Mainland,and the task dimension of job stress was negatively correlated with job burnout significantly,while the other dimensions were positively correlated with job burnout.The regression analysis found that the dimensions of superior leadership,job responsibility,interpersonal relationship,job task and perfect tendency under job stress entered into the regression equation of job burnout,which explained 76.3%of the variation of total job burnout score.Age,working area,education background and position status had significant influences on job burnout of public servants,which explained 40.3%of job burnout variation.
