高校捐赠资产管理机制现状及对策研究

摘　　要：随着我国高等教育捐赠事业的发展,高校获得的捐赠资产越来越多,高校捐赠资产作为高校教育经费的重要补充,其使用是否高效,配置是否合理,对高校增强学校实力,促进长远发展起着重要作用。而当前高校对捐赠资产的管理却存在严重缺失,呈现科学性、完整性、规范性欠佳的现状,是高校资产管理亟需解决的重要课题。With the development of China's higher education donation cause,colleges and universities obtain more and more donated assets.As an important supplement to higher education funds,that whether the use of donated assets is efficient and whether the allocation is reasonable plays an important role in enhancing the strength of colleges and universities and promoting long-term development.However,there is a serious lack of scientific,complete and normative management of donated assets in colleges and universities,which is an important issue to be solved urgently.
