摘  要:食品专业工程认证通过后,为了深化产教融合,满足工程认证标准中关于设置完善的实践教学体系的要求。首先讨论了食品专业实践教学体系的设计和实施,然后通过分析食品专业产教融合协同育人的具体措施,探讨如何针对"新农科",着力提升食品科学与工程专业校企合作、产教融合、协同育人的能力,为食品专业教学实践教学体系建设提供参考。After passing the engineering certification of food specialty,in order to deepen the integration of production and education,meet the requirements of the engineering certification standards on setting up a perfect practice teaching system,and cooperate with enterprises to carry out internships and practical training to cultivate students’practical ability and innovation ability.This paper discussed the professional practice teaching system design and implementation,and then by analyzed the fusion collaborative education of production and education,and food specific measures,discusses how to in view of the emerging agricultural education,to improve the food science and engineering university-enterprise cooperation fusion collaborative education of production and education ability,provide a reference for food professional teaching practice teaching system construction.
