叙事心理学视角下的自我建构——再读太宰治的《人间失格》

摘　　要：文学家习惯在作品中建构自己与世界的故事,由于《人间失格》中的情节与作者太宰治的人生经历有着诸多相似之处,很多人视之为半自传体小说。本文从心理学的叙事治疗出发,将《人间失格》的写作历程视为作者的自我建构之路,分析文本中"自我"与"他我"认识的一致性,通过文本分析等形式对作者的情绪和记忆进行再探讨,凸显其写作过程中的自我反思。希望借此进一步推动叙事表达成为建构自我多元化的途径,从中寻找生命意义和内心力量。Writers are used to constructing the story of themselves and the world in their works.Because of the similarity between the plot of No Longer Human and Dazai Osamu’s life experience,many people regard this work as a semi-autobiographical novel.From the therapy of Narrative Psychology,this paper regards the writing process of No Longer Human as the author’s self-construction,analyzing the consistency of"the self"and"the other"in the text,investigating the author’s emotion and memory through text analysis and other forms,magnifying the self-reflection in the process of writing.It is hoped that expression of narration can be further promoted as a way to construct the diversity within yourself,from which the meaning of life and spiritual power can be found.
