摘  要:对中海石油炼化公司煤制氢甲醇洗装置的外排废甲醇进行了定性和定量分析;以水为萃取剂,对废甲醇进行了萃取精制;然后,以萃取后的甲醇-水溶液为原料,进行了催化裂化(FCC)再利用。结果表明:以乙醇为内标物,根据气相色谱法分析可知,废甲醇中甲醇和苯的平均质量分数分别为57.88%,41.97%,二者相对偏差分别为±0.17%,±0.03%。在废甲醇中,当加水质量分数为30.61%时,上层萃余液中苯的质量分数和收率分别为98.90%,96.18%;下层萃取液是甲醇质量分数为63.41%的水溶液,甲醇收率高达98.37%;以此甲醇-水溶液为原料,采用MIP-CGP型专用催化平衡剂,在反应温度为535℃,反应压力为0.1 MPa,催化剂用量为180 g,催化剂/甲醇(质量比)为9,空速为1.6 h^(-1)的条件下,经FCC反应后,甲醇转化率高达93.8%,目的产物C_(2)~C_(6)烃收率为10.05%,达到了再利用的目的。The qualitative and quantitative analyses were done on the waste methanol discharged from the coal to hydrogen methanol washing unit in Refining and Chemical Company of CNOOC.Firstly,waste methanol was extracted and refined with water as the extractant.Then,the methanol water solution after extraction was recycled as raw material for the fluid catalytic cracking(FCC)unit.The results showed that when ethanol was used as the internal standard in gas chromatography,the average mass fractions of methanol and benzene in waste methanol were 57.88%and 41.97%respectively,and the relative deviations were±0.17%and±0.03%respectively.When the mass fraction of water in waste methanol was 30.61%,the mass fraction and yield of benzene in the upper raffinate were 98.90%and 96.18%respectively.Meanwhile,the mass fraction of methanol in the lower extract was 63.41%and the yield of methanol was up to 98.37%.Taking this above methanol water solution as raw material with MIP-CGP special catalystic equalizer,under the conditions of reaction temperature of 535℃,reaction pressure of 0.1 MPa,catalyst dosage of 180 g,mass ratio of catalyst to methanol of 9 and space velocity of 1.6 h^(-1),the conversion rate of methanol was up to 93.8%after FCC.And the yield of targeted products such as the C_(2)-C^(6) hydrocarbons had reached 10.05%,the recycling purpose had been achieved.
