摘　　要：近年来,肺癌的发病率呈逐年上升趋势,且肺癌患者多合并不同程度的精神抑郁,对患者及家庭生活造成沉重负担。柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤作为中医解郁类名方,因其立法精妙广泛应用于肿瘤患者精神抑郁的治疗。^(125)I放射性粒子植入治疗肺部恶性肿瘤目前已在国内外广泛开展,大量文献证实这种治疗方式能取得良好疗效。本研究拟就柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤和^(125)I放射性粒子植入术治疗肿瘤国内外研究进展进行综述,以期探索柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤联合^(125)I放射性粒子植入术治疗肺癌的可行性,为肺癌患者精神抑郁的治疗方法提供参考和借鉴。In recent years,the incidence rate of lung cancer is increasing year by year,and lung cancer patients are often with the complication of different degrees of mental depression,which will cause heavy burden on patients and life.Chaihu plus longgu oyster decoction,as a famous prescription for relieving depression in traditional Chinese medicine,is widely used to treat tumor associated mental depression because of its exquisite legislation.^(125)I radioactive particles implantation in the treatment of lung malignant tumor has been widely carried out in China and abroad.A large number of literatures have confirmed that this treatment can achieve good curative effect.This article reviews the research progress of Chaihu plus longgu oyster decoction and^(125)I radioactive particles implantation in the treatment of tumor in China and abroad,in order to explore the feasibility and find a more effective treatment for lung cancer patients with mental depression.
