摘  要:针对时速400 km高速动车齿轮箱润滑设计开展数值仿真研究。首先对时速400 km高速动车齿轮箱总体设计方案中的润滑机理做了简要分析与阐述,明确了数值仿真研究的对象与仿真工况。再对齿轮箱内油浴润滑多相流场特性开展了仿真计算,分析了流场动态特性规律,获得了齿轮箱的润滑特性。最后对所开展的齿轮箱润滑特性研究做出总结,并深入开展了温度场对获得齿轮箱更精确模拟结果的分析。仿真结果可作为齿轮箱润滑设计的参考依据。In this article,the numerical simulation of lubrication is performed on the 400 km/h high-speed train’s gearbox.Firstly,the lubrication mechanism in the overall design is briefly analyzed and elaborated,and the analysis is conducted on the object of numerical simulation and the simulation conditions. Then,the multi-phase flow-field characteristics of oil bath lubrication in the gearbox are subject to simulated calculation,and the dynamic law of the flow field is analyzed,so as to identify the lubrication characteristics of the gearbox. Finally,the research on the lubrication characteristics is summarized,and the in-depth analysis is carried out on the temperature field,and thus the simulation results are more accurate. These results provide reference for the lubrication design of gearboxes.
